No renovation work begins without:
- A signed written agreement

• Payment schedule agreement
The signed agreement governs the project and supersedes website content.
5. Payments

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:

StayAble Care is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of income
We design and install renovations intended to reduce fall risk. We do not guarantee prevention of accidents or injuries.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid under the signed renovation agreement.

• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with website functionality
